This was a very unique desk refinishing project. We refinished the desk twice!
The antique secretary desk was delivered to Surfaces Rx's Dallas Design District Warehouse by the owner's husband. He said that his wife wanted to finish the desk with an anitque white stain. After he picked the refinished piece and brought it home, his wife said she did not like it stained white, she wanted it painted to match a dresser we had finished a year earlier. So he brought it back and Surfaces Rx refinished it again, painting it two tones of gray and adding new veneer to the drawer and the top. He brought it home again and she loved it.
